- Above hotel rates are nett in Malaysia
Ringgit (MYR), inclusive of taxes and service charges unless
specified in the REMARKS.
- All booking must be made minimum 3 working
days before arrival date
- All bookings make for the above hotel have
to be paid in advance before check in date.
- Prepayment can be made by credit card (VISA
and Mastercard) or by telegraphic transfer.
- No charge for children under 12 years old
sharing room with parents with no extra bed.
- Upon confirmation of booking, a check-in
voucher and a payment receipt showing booking details will be
emailed (via email attachment) or faxed to guest for easy reference.
- If notification of cancellation is received
after booking is confirmed (hotel check-in voucher issued) or
payment is done, there will be no cancellation charge except for a
credit card processing fee of 5%
- If notification of cancellation is received
less than 3 working days (not including Sat,Sun and Public Holiday),
A credit card processing fee of 5% PLUS one room night charge will
be levied.
